1995 4runner 3vz swap with 1996 t100 5vz wiring help

Hello, I was looking to see if I could get some help wiring my 95 4runner. me and my dad started a 5vz swap about a month ago the donor car being a 2wd a/t 1996 t100 and the receiving car being a 2wd a/t 1995 4runner. I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing wrong but I am struggling with the wiring. I've been looking up different things and have been trying to get help, but I haven't gotten anywhere so I thought I'd make a post. The good news is I have both overall wiring diagrams, and I will attach those at the end of the post for anybody who needs them. I've looked through the wiring diagrams and I have identified pretty much each wire and I will put those notes at the end as well and if anything looks wrong, feel free to correct me but the issue I'm having is the way I have it wired up right now, the fuel pump stays on constantly when the key is on the ON position. the way we got the power to the ECU was by putting in a secondary fuse box and running wires that have constant battery power and 12 V power when the key is turned, we kind of went based off of a video on YouTube by dirt garage but the way I have it wired up right now is a thick black and yellow wire which I think is the park neutral switch is attached to the 12 V power and with it like that the car is able to start and run but it takes a few cranks for it to turn over. I can leave it like that, but I know it's not right and the last thing I wanna do is damage or ruin something because I didn't wired up right. I've got everything else working like the gauges and the AC but I'm just having trouble with this fuel pump/starting. I know it has something to do with the COR I've noticed and diagrams that the 95 has a blue wire that goes to the ECU which is a fuel pump wire and the 96 has a different fuel control system so I don't know if that's an issue or if it's something else. I just really do not want to spend/waste the money on a wiring harness when I'm so close to wiring this thing up myself I test drove it and it ran great but before I hard wire anything I wanna make sure it's correct so if there's anybody that can help or has done the swap, I would greatly appreciate it.
And I also would like to mention that the plugs are IH1, IH2, IE2, IE2, and the ECU plug.

Broadly, because there are tons of write ups all over the internet about this. You will be fine using your manual trans and other components. If you have an auto, you’d be better off bringing the donor trans also. You’ll need a new ecu and at least a way to convert your wiring harness to match, or an adapter harness which are sold online.
