Steering Squeek

Steering Squeek
Hey all,
Every now and then, I get a little squeeky sound from my steering wheel. This is most definately in the cab but I can't figure out what it is. from what I can tell, there is no debris in the way and I've never dropped/dripped anything between the column and the wheel. The squeek happens at all different speeds and magnitudes of turning the wheel. Otherwise, the wheel turns freely all the time.
I don't know...never dealt with a steering squeek before... Any help is appreciated!

I got the same problem but it seems to happen only after I've been doing that rigorous off-road style steering (back and forth, back and forth). Then all of a sudden my steering sounds like a dying man, groaning in pain. Not loud, just loud enough to annoy the crap out of me and my G/F. Haven't a clue where its coming from.
