Steering Squeek

Steering Squeek
Hey all,
Every now and then (once every 10-15 times i drive) I get a little squeeky sound from my steering wheel. This is most definately in the cab but I can't figure out what it is. from what I can tell, there is no debris in the way and I've never dropped/dripped anything between the column and the wheel. The squeek happens at all the different speeds and magnitudes of turning the wheel. Otherwise, the wheel turns freely all the time.
I don't know...never dealt with a steering squeek before... Any help is appreciated!
