You didn't search very hard.

I posted these LAST AUGUST in a write up in our Tech Write up section. They're under maintenance.

To Peter: It's cool. Like I said, maybe people will find this stuff easier. I always thought it should be made a sticky, since there are so many questions about it. But we decided to make it a write up in MAINTENANCE, since you know, that makes sense...
