How to remove vibration damper?

How to remove vibration damper?
Hey all,
Anybody know how I would remove the vibration damper? I've got the pulley in front of it off (the one with the 4 bolts that drives the PS pump), but I'm kinda stuck at the vibration damper.
Any suggestions?
Oh, is the vibration damper and crank pulley the same thing? I know there was a thread going on how to remove the crank pulley. Sorry if I'm just making a second thread on the same topic.

I guess I'll go try the "put a pipe in the starter gears method".
