Dielectric grease is for the tops of the plugs, to promote conductivity, and to prevent the plug wires from getting "baked" on, so they can be removed without ruining them the next time you need to change plugs.

Anti-seize on the plug threads lessens the chance of the plug getting stuck in the cylinder head.

I recommend Toyota plugs and wires, never had a problem with them, and I have with aftermarket crap. (Jay Marks Toyota discount)

The new OEM wires come pre-assembled with all new clips and holders, when installed, look just like it did when it came off the showroom.

I had to use different combinations of two 3" extensions, 1 6" entension, and a universal to change the plugs on mine.

We don't got no caps and rotors on our 4Runners (3rd gens).
Heh heh...I'm so embarassed! But damn, that guy at partznet REALLY should really be embarassed!
