so my pics are not the greatest but my power steering is leaking and I am going to rebuild the pump but I'm not sure if the gear box should be rebuilt too in my pic I can't tell if the tube is leaking or if the top of the gearbox circled in red is leaking at the seals

 

that looks like it is just seeping from the return hose, maybe try a new clamp, i personally wouldn't worry about it seeping slightly, now if is dripping, then i would fix it
