After i fill up with gas it seems to drop a quarter of a tank in short order and then goes down slowly from there. When it reads empty i usally stop and fill up but it seems that i always have about 5 gallons left. The other day when it reached empty i drove it for another 60 miles just to see when the warning light would come on. The gage droped below the empty mark but when i filled it i saw that i still had about 2 gal. left.
When does the warning light come on and how much ids left when it does come on??? I hate gas gages that give false readings but this one has always been this way. Thank, Mike
