1997 Rear Bumper replacement

I'm new to this forum, I just bought a 1997 SR5. The previous owner managed to punch a hole in the rear bumper that has begun to rust. I have found the center piece of the bumper online for $87-110. My question is: How do I go about removing the center piece of the bumper to replace it? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Parts Blaster....it's a solvent...and a veery good one...get to know....soak you bolts before trying to break them free and you'll save frustration and not break off bolts!

Good luck....removal of that should be pretty straight forward if you give it a look!
