Possibility of doing a 2004 4.8L Vortec Swap, Need some help plz.

I love my 4Runne and I'm not big into the offroad scene, but I do want to make it mine. Power is a big issue for me, and the puny 3.0l doesn't produce in my ole 95', its the biggest turd in the punch bowl of ownership of my 4Runner. I need moar power!!!!

I wanna do an engine swap and I'm really liking the idea of a Ford 5.0l pushrod swap, for its compactness over the Chev V8, a front mount distributor, and I and easily run it carbed, factory efi or aftermarket efi.

However, there's a guy in town parting out a 2004 Silverado w/ a 4.8L Vortec complete w/ harness and computer. 105K on it for $400. Not a bad deal at all. But my 4Runner is a 5speed equipped model, and it will stay that way. So I need to find a bell housing. I know NWOR and Advanced Adapters make them, but I haven't been able to contact them due to the time of day and I can't find specific info as to whether their bell housings would work with the 04' 4.8l Vortec motor. I'm kinda in a pinch, the guy selling the motor might have another buyer and its such a good deal. Does anyone here know?
