LS Engine swap

LS Engine swap
I just pulled out my 3vze and have been thinking of putting in a 5.3L or 6.0L LS engine in my 89 4Runner. I have been searching on the forums and have not had much luck finding any one that has done this. If you know of a thread please can you point me in the right direction.
If you have done this what all does the swap entail? I heard I will have to do a lift to get the oil pan to clear. If so how far?
Is there any mods I will need for the bell housing to mount the transmission?
I know I'll have to fab new motor mounts, and a few other parts. But is there any thing else that you will need to modify to fit an LS engine? If it's to much work I will just rebuild my 3vze.
