88truck 89 engine swap

88truck 89 engine swap
blew up the old 3.0 bought a new one from a 1989 truck, everything pluged in ecept for one plug in the rside kick panel, engine harness has 10pins body harness has 9 pins can post pics if anybody could tell me what this plug is for and if i would be able to cut and splice
