So im putting a 350 in my hilux and i have a th350 bolted to it with the stock yota torque converter adapted to it. But i was wondering if it is necesary to run a double transfer case? Its a big expense but if its an expense that will save me time headaches and money down the road then i can forkk out the cash. But my thinking was that i already have a huge motor in a little truck granted it has 37" tires and a 8-12" lift.

 

since your auto i would just get a good trans cooler and call it good. what is your axle gear ratio?
