3.0L to 4.3L Swap help

I'm looking to do a swap from the 3.0L to a chev 4.3L TBI in my 93 pickup.
This is my first swap and I'm looking for help on finding adapters etc.. in Canada
any help will be appreciated thanks

What transmission/transfer case are you planning to use?

trying to keep as much stock as I can so I'll have the standard toyota tranny and toyota tcase
