I don't want to come across as dismissive, but you need to help yourself out first.

i just finished my swap. this is what i did for wiring:
Donor was a 95 T100
Receipent is 93 4runner 4X4 (both 5 speeds)

i had to open both harness' up. i took the speed sensor and reverse and transfer case plugs off the 4runner harness and added them to the 5VZ
I had to de-pin both IH-1 and IH-2 body harness plugs and then re-pin them to match up with the 4runner. (not too difficult)

re-loomed everything and it turned out good. the T100 harness had the same firewall grommet at the 4runner. it was actually much easier than the threads make it out to be.
