Arrow TG 4" - leaning to passenger side

Hey guys

I noticed some leaning after completing the SAS a few months ago and thought it would eventually settle down. But it did not, well technically I didn't drive the truck since the SAS... working on the rear and other things.

Anyway, I did a bit of research and I am using the spacer on the driver side as I should. The distance between top of U bolt plate and the ground is the same on both driver and passenger side. However, measuring from ground to fender I have a 1" difference. If I measure from axle bump stop to frame, the difference is about 1/2", which makes sense, the further away outward the digger the difference. 1" isn't much but it is noticeable.

It was sitting perfectly level before on IFS.

Some people suggest to swap leak packs to see if it makes any difference. So we'll probably do that.

I spoke with TG support and they recommended to swap left and right packs. they're thinking it's just tolerance on the springs.

I have seen a spring perch that was bowed downward which would mean that as the u-bolts are tightened up that it pulled more of the arch out of that pack.....compared to the other pack.
The solution is to weld a thick straight piece of flat stock on each perch.
