new to solid axle

Im doing a s.a.s and had a few more questions. If i go with the 6 inch lift springs will the v.6 oil pan still be as much of and issue with steering as if i were to go with the 3 or 4 inch springs. It seems the higher you go with the suspention of the truck it would get farther away from the draglink. correct me if im wrong? Thanks.

A SAS is not a "bolt in" lift kit, it does require some fabrication and welding and placement of items such as your bumpstops, steering box and axle will determine whether or not you have any "issues", but normally you should not hit the oil pan if installed properly.
