dana 60 to 01 tacoma question?

Been lurking around for some time now and was able to find a lot of info without asking. Anyhow, planning on doing SAS with leaf spring onto my 01 Tacoma DC. Been looking for a 77-79 Ford driver Dana 60 with 31.5" width spring pad, but those are really hard to find. I can get a hold of the 85-91 Ford Dana 60 with 36.5" width spring pad. Question is, on the 85-91 Dana 60s the driver side (shorter side) is a lot shorter than the 77-79 Dana 60s, will there be enough room to center the axle and clear tires from rubbing the leaf springs when turning? Im planning on 40s tyres. Thanks in advance.
