Any one running the Rock Assault Trunnion Bearing Eliminator Kit?
im thinking about doing this on my axle but i dont know yet, they say its for off road use only but i drive my truck on the road, so how do they do on the road? any advise on them? thanks.

I don't have them yet but I will when my trunnion bearings need to be replaced. Almost everything sold to modify our trucks is "Off Road Only". I think it is a cover your butt thing for the manufacturer.
If you set it up properly, I don't see how it would be a problem on highway.
A friend of mine just recently put this kit in his truck. He initially set it up too tight and the steering would not return to center on its own. He had to turn it back.
He re-shimmed it and now has no problems. It is mostly a trail rig but gets driven to the trails and is a registered street legal truck.

I drive daily on mine. Had it apart end of june and they are looking good. Probably best to greese them often... I have been neglecting them but do love how they fill. Just set them up as if replacing trunions with new ones. Ie pull out a pull scale and shim them correctly.
I have heard from old timers that a properly shimed trunion bearing will last a long time on 37's. And most folk set them up wrong or run dry bearings.
