Addicted Offroad Tacoma SAS

Just prepping the install for now. I'll update as we work through the install on it.

Not sure if anyone else has started one with TG's kit yet or not, so we may be the first.

Specs:
98' 2.7L xtra cab Tacoma swap.
Front TG Rock Assault axle housing
TG Tacoma SAS Kit "A"
Rear kit.

We'll be using 4" F&R springs to clear 37x12.5x17 KM2s.

We're sticking with a single, stock case for now as well. HP front 3rd with Yukon Zip locker and 5.29s. Rear 8.4 with ARB and 5.29s.

Scott will the taco sas kit fit on a 99 runner? They have the same frame correct?

Yes, it will. However, provisions need to be made for the speedo since most 4runners take the speed signal from the ABS system on each axle shaft.

Its helps keep the ride height down by frenching the shackle hangers into the frame.

So we knocked out the fabwork on the rear today. Frame is boxed and plated. Pinion angle set and axle hung. I still need to build the rear 5.29s 3rd with ARB. But, shackle angles in the rear are good and we flex through it today. Hoping to have it out of the shop and driving next week.

Call me at the shop. There are way too many variables to go over in a PM.
