I see on NW Wheeeler Evans creek is open. Anyone up for a day run? Probably a good bit of snow at the higher elevations, I got a well built 4rnr SAS locked F/R on 33's. Got a winch, but some of my extraction gear took a bad beating the last time I was a good samaritian so lost a strap. But still got a good bit.

With the snow thawing conditions were really slippery. I started to run the 311 but turned around. My daughter and I decided we just didn't feel like a winch fest. Even the forest roads turned into a winch fest. We just found a place to have a camp fire, eat lunch, and shoot some cans. I really fell in love with my new to me Colt Combat Commander. Was the first time I've fired it. My daughter burned up almost 100 rounds of 22LR through a single action wheel gun. Good times. Didn't get hardly any pics.

 

was up that way 3 weeks ago or so and did a snow run with a buddy we did the service roads and got stuck at the camp area or bathrooms, it was like 4 ft deep or so... glad u had fun...
