Ok Logan, I ordered the Midland 75-822 from Amazon. Had to pay an extra 5 bucks to get it on Dec 29th. The next option was 3-5 business days which may or may not have gotten here by the weekend. So we can field test it in handheld mode. I will get an antenna another time.

I just picked up my cb antenna on monday. I found this little shop in shoreline called ABC Comunications. The shop was a mess but the little 80 year old man that runs the place knows everything about radios, I highly recomend checking it out.
Kiyo- This place has just about every antenna you could imagine, if you get the chance.
I had a hard time finding a good cb shop so this place is a gold mine to me.

Well, I had been shopping around before you gave me the "really dude!?!" That might have pushed me to try harder. I like that I can pull it on a normal day to day basis. Give people one less reason to bust out a window.
But it won't work on lockers or a winch.
What kind of stuff can I round up to help get my opened diff butt unstuck? I was gonna throw some tools in the back.
Did I mention I'm afraid of the body damage?? My bumper didn't come with a warranty!!

Did we ever decide on a time? I am guessing 0930 would be the absolute earliest I could get there. Should we just shoot for 10am at Getchell Station?
How many "Southies" we got besides me, A.Wilson and Plumbrbob? Anyone Between Tacoma and Seattle let me know and we can set up meeting points along the way.

algranger is in Yelm, but I dunno if his rig will back together.
I would have a couple good tow straps(NOT the ones with hooks, just looped ends), leather gloves, a two ton come a long, and something you can put your bottle jack on. A hi lift won't really help you cause you don't have any where to jack from. Now if you have the winching kit for a hilift, then you'll be ok.
