Then come on over at 8. Me and you will set it on jack stands and start tearing in to it. Really!

I'll be up. I usually get up around 6:30-7.

Guys, sorry I had to cut out early, let me know how it turns out.

When I left, the locker had been installed once, but a couple of tabs snuck back out of the diff somehow so they were tearing it back apart.

Great meeting all you guys, can't wait to go wheelin', even though your rigs all make mine look like a little 2wd.

Hey guys,
I've been reading this forum for a while, but just now registered. I didn't think there were many people on here from Tulsa at all. I just moved here a few weeks ago; I'm a freshman at TU. I just went to Disney yesterday for the first time. It was pretty cool. I have a 93 pickup that is stock, save for some bilsteins. By the way, do any of ya'll know where to find some 4.56 thirds around Tulsa?

lol what the heck Nathan. Where were you yesterday. We just met up today for a wrenchathon on my truck. It was a lot of fun and as you can tell we have a few trips planned in the next few weeks. Are you in the john at tu? i have some friends over there quite a bit. nice to see another Tulsa guy on the boards. They are popping up all over the place.

About the gears, I know nothing. sorry, but again welcome to the boards.

and who did you go to disney with?

Hey Kyle,
Yeah, I'm in the John (You get some strange looks when you tell people that). Just my girlfriend and I went to Disney; I saw it on the internet and decided to just go. I got out in there and was having a blast when all the sudden my clutch stopped working. I checked the reservoir and figured out I had no fluid. I made it back to town with no clutch (just started it up in gear and went), got some fluid, and went back out on the trails. I didn't do anything even mildly hardcore, but that place is great! Once I get some 4.56s, I plan to put a lockright in, maybe you could give me some expert advice . I hope I can make it on one of those trips, it would be a blast.

Anytime Nathan. Any of these guys are great to get info from. Ched and his friend James, top notch car guys. I have never been around such knowledgeable ppl in my life(car wise). We'll get together sometime. We gotta get a toyota club of tulsa or somethin going. There are too many of us. Or at least 4runner/taco/pickup off road club in oklahoma. To many of us running around.

I agree. I'm all in for Ched's regional club, but I think I would be a little more active in a local club. At least, until I have big $$ to spend on a few more mods and longer trips. Oh well. I'd also like to start a REACT team here in Tulsa...and anyone with a 4wd Toy would be a great candidate, because of our capabilities. More on that later.

Remeber, there is no pact because we didn't do anything wrong, because we tried every possible way to determine the correct procedures and then re-did it to speed up our installation time so we can put lockers in for NASCAR...

Ched: Here are the vehicle pics... there wasn't much to see from the pics of the differential.

John: Not only did I find your work gloves in my garage, I also found that missing "Stanley" 14mm socket. If was next to the big rock in my yard so it must have rolled down my driveway and in to the grass. Anyways...I put em both in my truck so if you get a chance and my trucks at the office, swing by and I'll give em to ya.

BTW: the club isn't regional. Well, it's a regional club but will have individual state chapters so state runs will be scheduled by that states members. That clarify anything?

COOL PICS YO!

Today is my wifes Bday so we probably won't be home this evening. I'm picking up the girlz, meetin' her at the house, and then taken em out to eat. Tomoorw or any other night is good though.

So Kyle, how's it working???? It didn't seem noisy at all for your first test drive. How much longer did it take to finish it up? Get the wheel stud replaced yet?

James, good to see you make your first post over here on YT!

Oh Kyle, when I got home I found a couple little springs in my pocket, i think they are for your locker

Brian, the locker couldnt work better. From what everyone was saying, I was expecting it to be hell, but I dont even realize its there. It clanks around turns and does all the normal stuff, but quite frankly I dont even notice it.

It took another hour and a half or so maybe longer to finish up, and no I havent gotten the wheel stud's replaced yet, I gotta do that soon tho.

And about those F'n springs, your lucky they aint from my locker, or I would get your IP and track your ass down, Kick you IN THE BALLS and then leave, WITHOUT the springs. lol just playin. glad we found those two pieces tho. Thanks for comin too.
