If anyone is interested.

Kyle and I planned a trip to Tahuya on July 3rd.

A lot of people are busy this weekend but we wanted to get out and see the circus.

Aren't you busy_after_this weekend? I have a camping trip scheduled (still tentative) 10th/11th but I was thinking about a trip up FSR 70 the following weekend.

You're thinking of my plans for the 9th (Friday). That's the night I'm DD for an outing to introduce a friend to "the Drinking World that extends beyond his back yard". I'll be wiped out by the time we get back (3am would be early), and in no shape for an excursion on the 10th.

I'm moving this weekend (2nd-5th).

17th or 18th? That could happen! I vote the 17th - going to work the day after an all-day is tough. I'll check with Shannon!

(sorry for the side-jack)

If you need help on the 2nd or 5th let me know and I will help. I can leave work early on the 2nd (PLEASE give me a reason) and I could help all day on the 5th.

Then lets talk about the 17th. I was thinking FSR 70 exploration for some prime camp spots and wheelin? I am thinking about talking to Rob and makining it a WATTORA thing.

A friend of mine just got back from Alaska and he said he was catching 40+ Sockeye a day on the Kenai. Go to Montana or Sheep Creek and you will have good luck with the Kings.

Name your game for the 5th? Drive to the mountains? Trip to the River?

I may be up for something also. The GF is in town this week so it would have to be a pseudo couples thing to break her in gently to the wheelin thing.

Mark, let me know if you need help moving. We could probably come by and drink some of your beer and watch you carry stuff. Probably even help out a bit too if need be.

I'm off the 5th as well. Depending how things go over the weekend I could be free...or doing yard work.

Damn Ben, this thread has been everything but Tahuya!

I mentioned something about the Tahuya run before going off on a tangent, although my maybe really doesn't add much to the discussion.

Ben, shoot me an Email and let me know who's going and I'll try to get back to you. I may not have access to YT for a couple days.

I know and I love it. I find myself doing it to other peoples thread and they don't seem to like it much

Sounds like we'll have a pretty good group! FYI, I consider Lake Isabelle to be one of the tougher trails that I've run, not that I necessarily have a huge breadth of experience. There's a couple of off-camber rock climbs/descents that can be pretty tippy in a 4runner. Open-diffed rigs may have a bit of trouble, especially if its wet and the rocks get slippery. Assuming that there will be alot of other folks that have the 5th off, we should plan on getting an early start before the trail gets crowded- meet at the main parking lot at 7:30 am?

By this I'm assuming you mean the first gravel pit, right off the paved road?

And what's up with Tahuya Ben, is that still on for Saturday? This thread has me
