thats most of the steering/alignment for our trucks
they didnt give you an idea of what it could be? sometimes the bushings holding the rack and pinion wear out and cause it to shift from side to side

Apparently the LCA bushings are completely shot, so there is a ton of play down in there. Also the ball joints on both sides are bad and same with the outer tie rod on the driver side, even though it all looked fine to me. They got one more trip in them, even if my tires hate it

I thinks its more tie rods and the ball joints giving you issues, the part that wears on the tie rod is the inner tie rod socket inside that boot shown above and the ball joints colapse over time so its easy to miss, its about 100$ worth of stuff looking online
I think stockwell has a higher calling trying to get him not to go with us the oil pan, the welds breaking, now the alignment? just one thing after another

I told Mike, I swear if the 4runner wont make it there I'll mob out there on my enduro just to be a part of it lol.
I think I'm bringing hot dogs and maybe some potato salad, oatmeal for the morning with some bacon and I got sandwich stuff for lunch. And enough clif bars to feed a small army

my menu is awesome. Many say I cook stuff that is not meant for camping but I disagree
Spaghetti
Schezwan Beef
Philly wraps
Tamales
kebabs and corn on the cobb
twice baked potato's
Also all the classic breakfast items.
P.s. I am camping for the rest of week after the wheeling is over.

I dunno if it's a blanket permit. I just printed this one out and threw it in my camping kit. It's from an official government source. I am pretty sure it's legit.
If Brent Skaggs says I'm good then I feel I'm good at least until the end of the year when I'll have to print a new one.

Just click that link and print that form out then fill in your information. I think they just want to fine you if you don't have the rules or don't follow the rules. I don't think they actually keep a database of who has a permit or not.

We'll also be in Eldorado National forest so these are the fire regulations that are in effect... None...
http://www.fs.fed.us/r5/eldorado/con...ns/index.shtml
If we go a bit more south to Stanislaus National Forest we would have some restrictions.
http://www.fs.usda.gov/Internet/FSE_...rdb5325105.pdf
I also found this...
http://www.fs.fed.us/r5/eldorado/conditions/ohv/
Which says Squaw Ridge is open. So it should be more dry than it was last year. Maybe we won't have that mud trench this year.
