So where's the trip report? Judging from Bruces hydrolocked engine, there must be some good stories!

Hey guys,

today was awesome! i had a blast, everyone who mad it out, it was great to see you all.

damage report: when i went back to my truck after dinner, i noticed that i had crunched my tailpipe on a rock. so it was like crimped shut and didnt have a very big opening. then when i was driving home, i got a check engine light, so im thinking that could be the reason why it came on. anyhow, i pried the tailpipe open as much as i could before i went home, so hopefully that will not hurt anything until i can get it fixed.

anyways, like i said before, thank you all for coming, it was a great day!

-Casey

hey all, thanks for providing a great time for me and steph. it was great to see all the old time offroaders and the welcome aboard newbies

i loved that 385 HP 4th gen, awesome work bro.

hope you get that truck fixed soon bruce

thanks for the brownies milton, i third the idea of you bringing brownies

casey it was nice meeting you and your girlfriend.. whats her name again? i'll look her up in my yearbook.

bob, you're always a character

bud, well, its always a pleasure to wheel with you.

and thanks to everybody else, and to everybody who went to BJs afterwords.

as for carnage... my truck suffered from a broken speedometer, odometer, and a check engine light. all probably caused by one broken speedometer sensor. i powerwashed it at one of those powerwashing stations, and hopefully it might have cleaned it out or what not. i just hope its working in the morning, if not, oh well!

all my pictures suck... so i probably wont be posting any, maybe though

Pictures

It was nice to finally meet everybody. I had an awesome time today, never thought I could do most of that stuff I did. I have to admit some of those turns and hills were wicked but still doable. Hope we can do this again.

Sorry about the pics, the server was down. Try again

Am I the only one that never got a whiff or taste of the now famous brownies. Were you guys hiding these from me the whole day??

I saw the consumption of the brownies, but was never really offered an actual brownie. Maybe next time.

Careful, that broken speedo could cause your tranny to stay in 1st gear. That's what happened to mine when my VSS went out. I'd be doing freeway speeds and all of the sudden it'll go into neutral. When I pulled over and shifted through the gears and started going again, it would stay in 1st. Don't want you to get stranded somewhere.
