You should go to this Socal mini Jambo, details Here and it isn't even 8hrs, especially since you're only coming as far as our desert.
I have family in Tucson, and wondered about any local wheeling while I was out there. No one really had any ideas here, but there are a few local clubs like the Tucson rough riders who have info out there on local trails or trips they take.
The run in Socal will be great for just starting out, and with the rear locker, you'll have no problems-it will all seem very easy!

I can handle the snow!
A definitive date would have to be arranged in advance for me to be able to attend if it's going to be on a Saturday.
I can possibly work it out with any of the upcoming weekend besides the weekend of MARCH 13th (out of state trip).

The mountains around here have a lot of snow right now, and possibly more as of tonight, or so I hear. I'd suggest you try the Crown King to Prescott road, but it's pretty long too. I work Saturdays and Sundays, and also have school, so I guess my only option is to request a Saturday off or something.

This will sound funny, but I really screwed my neck up. In fact, when I walk I tilt my head to one side to avoid hurting it more. It is really hard to drive, let alone wheel, so I will have to get back to you guys. Normally I would say heck yeah! But I just dont know as I type with my head to one side, lol.

I think that is caused from sleeping in bad positions sometimes. It's almost like air in your neck.
You should be fine by then, if it were to happen.
So when would be a more proper date to go?
I wanted to catch the snow by going this weekend but as it seems, few people are not likely to go.
I'll tell you right now that weekend of MARCH 13th I will be unable to go as I am going out-of-state.
Should set it up for MARCH 20th or this Saturday??
I want to wheel in the snow!
