Yup, the 16th. Ben, could you track down an exact address and post for people to get directions to?

The one I originally suggested is the one you can see while tooling down I-405. It's right in downtown Bellevue...relatively close to the mall and the miriad of ritzy hotels.

I dunno if the addresses match up, I am no good for B-town addresses.

Tuesday = good for me too.

That's the one you were thinking of Jim, right next to 405. So what's our headcount, I'm seeing around a dozen plus whoever else tags along? Should we call in advance to make sure we can get a table big enough?

Yeah...roll call!

Rob, any chance you can setup one of those RSVP thingies...?

Dinner probably means there will be more women folk than the average run.

Who's bringing their women-folk? I'll most likely go stag unless I can be guaranteed there will be someone else there to talk about something other than trucks-n-stuff.

I'm in. Probably a good thing since I started all this. I will not bring the GF along, she gets bored riding in the truck, no way she'll put up with a bunch of guys talking about them all night. If they won't take a reservation I can always show up early and get them working on a table once we get a head count.

This link may help if you are not familiar with the area. We will need to give them 2 hours or so to get ready for a big group like the one will may have.

You guys can use Evite...

http://www.evite.com/compose

Pick someone to collect email addy's so that they don't have to get posted in public.

I'll be happy to do it, but I can't make the bash... Just PM or email me with your email address and I'll setup an Evite.

I am creating the evite. Hang on and I will post a link.

Never mind... that thing is too complicated for me to figure out... I created an invite, but I can't figure out what URL to post

Those sites scare me. Can you say email address harvesting?
Evite works with third-party advertising companies to place advertising on our site and in e-mail communications sent to our registered users and to recipients of invitations, Reminders, and other communications related to the Evite service....

Let's do this, quote this message and enter in next to your name if you're coming(yes/mabye/no) and how many people you will be bringing with. If you're not in the list then just add yourself in. If your situation changes just quote the latest version of the list and update your status.
