Well it looks like I am not going to make it after all. A family issue has come up that I need to take care of so I'm out.

Oh well. My 30 splines & other stuff haven't arrived yet anyway so maybe it's for the best.

Marc, I will PM you about the wheels.

Got back today and we had a great time! It ended up being me ('99 4Runner), Marc ('85 4Runner), Spencer ('85 4Runner), Chris ('85 4Runner) and Jack (Trailcarnage buggy). Of course I had to take a few bypasses-see the rigs I was riding with. We've got tons of pics and video that we will be posting over the next couple of days.

We (Mark, Chris, and I) made it back safely around 6:30PM. Bret you forgot Mark. I had a great time. The trails are awesome, totally different than anything I have wheeled before. ALOT of off camber and frame twister holes, and rocks placed just so to catch you. I have more rock rash from this one trip than 3 trips to Tellico. Other than rock rash our only causualty was a bent tie rod on Chris' truck, but it didn't stop him. A great trip and not too far from home (for me anyway).

Awesome stuff guys, looks like a fun place.

Brett, is the price worth it for our type of vehicle?

Had a great time again.. good to see old faces and new. We definitely got a chance to get a full look at the park and scout some new trails.

Only thing missing is a trail map for the place. I'm gonna try to throw something together. I had one from a while back but it was a rough draft that is now MIA.

Oh...just found this Video

I think so, you can easily do all of the trails that 3rd gens are capable of in one day, but it is fun.

Just posted it with the videos above, I guess it had not come up on the site when I went to bed.

Looks like "hope you have quiet neighbors" but with renting out the whole park...don't see that as a problem for us...we'll be the only ones there.

Any more details on the campgrounds and facilities? Local stores? Etc.

The campground is that big field with all the campers in it. The facilities-I think 3 or 4 toilets and 3 or 4 showers-not like Crawfords, more primitive. Marc said they have a shop, but we did not go by it. Nearest store is about 10 minutes away in Milledgeville, which has fast food and such and some motels.
