yes you will have to buy a Oregon OHV permit if you are from washington. its $10.50 and good for 2 years. if you're caught with out one its a 200something dollar ticket. it worth the time and money to stop at the shell station on 6 and get one. you'll just need to know your vin.
And I think the raffle stuff is a good idea,

well, if we do come up, keep in mind that we will not only have the runner packed to the gills with her clothes and the dog, but we will, more than likely, have a little camp trailer with us... its about the size of a honda civic...
the reason being is that we will head up to washington and idaho after we leave the meet-up...
so, just an FYI...
also, are there gonna be any fees that need to be paid for the camping spot or anything else? i know that i gotta get an OHV sticker, but other than that?
