Last year Kids on the Rocks reached out and ask for more volunteers to help out and lots of clubs were contacted. I wheel with an Xterra club sometimes and I asked them if anybody wanted to participate. Several people from here stepped up and volunteered. Well this year they need some help.

They participate in Camp Wamp. This is an event where they transport wheelchair bound kids to a camp at Hawley Lake. More information can be found here:

The xterras are participating on Aug 6 and 7. I won't be able to participate that weekend however as I have to help out with the pismo run that weekend.

It's probably best to post questions on that xterra thread, as I don't know much about the event. But if you respond here, I can pass along the questions. The Xterra guys are a great group of guys and gals, they welcome anybody and any truck.
