Is there anywhere to get my ride dirty this weekend? I'm very new to this scene and want to get my 4Runner dirty. Seems Hollister is closed. Anywhere else to go to have a little fun?

Nothing around here that's legal. Frank Raines off road park near patterson closes down when it rains too. Other than that, you can head up hwy 4 and hit some snow or go down to Pismo for some sand dunes and the trails near Pozo.

I hit up Carnegie this weekend. Nothing hard core, just a few big mud pits and some neat little trails. Was having a lot of fun watching the other crazier guys go wild.
I'll post my crappy pics when I DL them from my digi.

Ya, Carnegie isn't all that geared for 4x4s. It was kinda neat for me as it was my first time...outside of the military....to get vehicles dirty. You can only mess around in the bottom of the hills. The rest is reserved for quads and motos.
