Use google maps to get there, pull into the dirt parking lot next to it, we will meet you there at 2.

We'll be there!

You will be fine without diff breathers as long as you don't stop in a puddle, like this:

yes you can, but i dont think youll need it to be honest.

besides, you should never do easy mods like that in front of a defender owner who you want to get stuck

well it looks like I cant get the manifold fitting to replace the current breather - noone in MA stocks it - so I will wait on the breather extension.

Yeah, right, the defender is too low. Also he would probably skip it because he is too concerned about breaking something.

ME- Why don't you lock it up, you could probably make it up if it is locked.

Defenderguy- I could, but I don't want to break anything so I am not going to...

i am glad that others came out with us. and that land rover is sweet! however, i have just never heard of someone being afraid to lock a rear diff. lol!

and i didn't get to talk to you really...or at all. haha. but when did you finish building that taco? and what size tire/wheel combo are you running? it looked good.

i was truly the only sad looking truck there, as i was the only one stock. next time, it will look much different. i promise!

Lee ALWAYS hits his horn when he gets off camber, I don't know why, hahaha! It was definitely nice to finally meet you and wheel with you. You will have to make more trips down. BTW, if he is your best friend, you may want to encourage him not to drink while wheeling, especially if he comes along for some harder trails, ESPECIALLY in a realy expensive land rover.

its true, i honk at big ruts!

pics will be up sunday if i go in to work.. if not then monday

great to finally meet you, glad youre now an ne4roc'er. you should start posting on our board more, itll keep you in the loop!

as for the drinking, its not allowed on ne4roc runs.. today was an exception as this wasnt an ne4roc run and you guys were sort of doing your thing...

but in the future and on trails that are better maintained and deserve respect, boozing should occur after the run...

Heath - I was really hoping he got that thing stuck and you would have to pull him out with your 1st gen.

Thanks! - I just finished adding the tundra coils and lift shackles. Right now I am running 32x11.5 Dunlop mud rovers on 15x8 black rockcrawlers. Perfect cross IMO for a daily driver and a capable off roader.

The only thing I eventually plan on adding is a bud built front plate and a rear diff breather.

I would add a front locker if I could afford it, and if I thought I would actually use it enought to warrant the cost.
