So who's got the pics and trip reports. Looks like there was a GREAT turnout.

I wish I could've gone. S&N hasn't even started on my axle work yet. They said that they might be able to start tearing into it this coming week.

Oh dude... There was a guy in the car next to me the whole time, and I was just waiting for someone to say something!

I ran the breather tube up the fuel filler channel so part of the time was spent with a knife and a length of tube next to an open gas cap.

While I'm glad that no one stopped me, I'm also surprised at basically how lax security was. I could have done a LOT of damage to someone's car, or stolen a bunch of stuff considering how much access I was "allowed" to have.

Kinda' weird.

Wow... Scary if you ask me, kind of like the people on the airplanes not fighting the hijackers. The level of complacency in this country is sickening. I would have at least gone over and chatted if I saw someone screwing around like that.

Hell back before 9/11 I was coming back and got hell from them for my gas can. Not even a word from the Seattle dock on the way over there but I had to jump through hoops on the way back. I had just bought it a few days beforehand and hadn't ever filled it, I was told that if I had a receipt I could take it but I didn't. I offered to show them it was new/empty and they refused to look/sniff. So, I left the dock to drive a few blocks away then stuffed it in the back of my truck and went back and they let me on. :pat:

Oops, there it is...

Was an interesting trip, but reminded me how wheeling with a bit group can be confusing. Me, Rickey and Kevin got turned around for a while before we finally got some radio contact with the rest of the group running the back 40. That place is a maze back there, but we did some fun exploring in the process. It was good to see Rob's rig in person. I had a little trouble getting mine started after reaching the air up spot, but got it fired up after a couple minutes. Overall, a good time, but I've had my fill of water and mud for a while.

Dood! Any chance that you have the hirez versions still around? If so, can you email me the three of me? I'm looking for a new avatar and main graphic on my page.

Yeah... When we got back out to the rock gardens, I realized that I had been watching my temp gauge so intently that I really didn't know just where we were. eeek!

Crap dude... I didn't know you had problems getting it started!

And mud wise.. I dunno, I had a lot of fun gettin' The Screamer to let loose!

! Nah.. That's the nickname for Shannon (FunRunner) who rides in my right seat on runs.

She just _loves_ (heh) the "high pucker factor" downhills and when I go blasting through mud puddles at high speed.

On the way back up from the Rock Gardens through Riff Raff, as we came up to an interesting looking mud hole, I'd let the person in front of me get up a ways, then key my CB mic and floor it through the mud. Shannon would let out a scream for all to hear. {I'm sooo evil!}

Rob's requested that on the next run we either swap right-seat partners or I bring along a recorder to capture the moments.

I saw at least one video camera, and MANY more still cams than just the two thus far. I wanna see me coming down that hill!

I'll pick up the pics that my "right seat" took on Thursday and get those posted up that night.
