OK...

Saturday morning meet at the Safeway parking lot in Enumclaw.
I'll be there before 9.

I'll be running CB chanel 4, and monitering it outside the cab too.

I can't stay up there much past 1 PM as I stated before, as my youngest son is turning 17, and we are going out to dinner Saturday before 5, so I gotta be back.

Any pics and vids I take probably won't be up until Sunday morning, posibly Saturday night I may have a folder up with some in it.

Looks like sunny weather all week for us.
Have not checked yet, but it's posible there may be a trace of snow at the top of the 72 pass.
We had some major sliding going on that road at last years Fall Colors run.

Yeah, its going to be a real treat getting out of the sack to get there by 9, but I will most likely be there. Will check with the GF tonight to make sure.

Doing a couple of searches, I found this:

SAFEWAY
152 Roosevelt Ave E
Enumclaw WA 98022

Then, MapPoint tells me:
  • I-405 to exit 4
  • Take Ramp onto SR-900 [Sunset Blvd N] towards WA-900 / WA-169 S / Renton / Enumclaw
  • Turn LEFT (East) onto SR-169 [SE Maple Valley Hwy] (25 miles)
  • Turn LEFT (South-East) onto SR-164 [Griffin Ave] (0.6 miles)
  • Bear LEFT (East) onto SR-410 [Roosevelt Ave] (0.1miles)
Is that right?

Sounds about right...the Safeway is pretty much at the intersection of 410 and 164.

Where are you coming from Mark? From North Bend I just hop on Hwy-18, then head south on 169 and follow it into Enumclaw.

You will make a left-hand turn in downtown Enumclaw to get on 164. The Safeway is just about a mile away on that road (you'll see it straight ahead at the next major intersection).

Since it'll be an early/short run, I just might be able to make it. Also, it's been a while since I've been out.

As much as I want the weather nice for that day...I hope we can have a little shower the day before...then maybe the roads won't be so dusty.

'k. Sounds easy enough.. I'm coming down from Bothell..

Ducky; thanks, but with my luck, I'll be late getting out of the house and thus flying down 405... I'll be thrashing hard enough without having to slide over to Issaquah to meet you guys.

Wahooo! I get to get dusty!

Yeah, from Bothell just fly down 405, then hop on 169. It's actually a pretty quick drive that time of the morning. Going home is another story...
