Great Place for "First Timer"

First off im not a "first timer" by no means (I grew up in Moab) so Im not New to the sport, just have not been a lot of places in Colorado. So with that said the "first timers" are my G.F. and her 6 y/o daughter, any one have a idea of a good trail that is not too difficult/scarry () but not just a dirt road either? Any one intrested in going on Sunday?

Most everything around here has the scary factor dramatically reduced due to all the snow.

The more scenic trails are pretty much impassable
