Jason @ Demello Offroad (www.demello-offroad.com) made the front bumper for me. He's also making the rear bumper (w/ tire carrier) so the price is abit in the grey area. Best talk to him about exact pricing as my bumper is a design model for future vehicles....

Bumper was made out of the good ol tupperware! jk... actually good ol steel. I haven't had a chance to see how strong it is but i know the front bumper weighed in a good 75# or something like that....

The powdercoat actually came out nice as we didn't expect it to look soo close to the cladding color

Here's some of mine:

Let's keep this thread alive, because I love to see what slight modifications such as shock placement can do for extra travel like Steves. Very impressive!

Unbeleivable flex! I've never seen anything like it! He's got some crazy rear upper links on his rear suspension that I've never seen. Here's where you can see what I'm talking about: http://www.orp.com.au/Gigantor/Gigantor_page.htm

Bruce are you not getting my messages, because I was just wondering since I've seen you post a couple of times since my last couple PM's? Are my questions to proprietary or something?

Is it me or did that TLC have too much flex. I mean... wouldn't his suspension have to be rediculously soft to flex like that which would make it insanely top heavy... i mean... he did roll it. That should say something...

Anyway... back to the flex...
I'll go ahead and post this for hyperlite, he must have forgotten about this pic. Sorry about size....

Me, both sway bars attached... I was also still running my dual HD suspension seup (hd ome and hd bils).
