You can quote this: I am coming up to colorado in the near future. Now I have family up there so I have somewhat of an excuse to spend the gas.

I still choke on the scenery everytime I see yalls pics. I love Texas but its aesthetically challenged where I am.

I'd for sure be down to go. Only thing is I have to be back by 5 pm for work, but maybe I can just head back early. What time frame are you guys looking at? where do you plan on meeting? I am in Boulder.

Is there going to be snow this weekend? I've been hearing some rumors. I'd be down if you go early enough.

Hey Ric,
We might join ya. My wife doesn't take to altitude too well, though. And Argentine is a high one.

If you're looking for a meeting place, the Genesee overlook park n' ride is nice. It's a right turn right off the off ramp.

yes it is 13000+ feet.
as far as meeting, we could either meet at where Alan posted, or at the Look Out Mnt. exit (#256) is where we ussually meet up with the denver area people. OR could just meet up at the Georgetown Visitor center

Talked with Bryanne about it. It's still a maybe.

I'd say count us in unless it snows up there. I'll post here if anything changes.

Hey so do you guys mind stopping in Golden to meet me? we can take clear creek canyon up to just below idaho springs and probably save some time. I have been driving that way to the ski resorts for years and it is usually faster.

Can't make it like I originally thought. Gotta work Saturday. Looks like it'll be wet up there. Don't forget to post pics of all your fun.
