HaveBlue is tackling it this year, Im helping him out where I can, we are going to be meeting this week to work on some details.
We are trying to get a website so that people can sign up and pay for the campsite, (Chalk Creek) we are almost done with the event shirts, and as last year, we are getting a raffle together, (already got something from WinchLine)
We are still working on the trails, Im sure we will need trail leaders, and gunners.
As we get the details, either Alan or myself will post them up,
And as already said, with the proceeds from last years raffle, we will be getting hamburgers and hotdogs for a BBQ on sat. night.

who told you they are done ?
I said
we are almost done with the event shirts,
everyone will see them soon enough, its still only Feb.
EDIT:
the shirts wont be "completly" done, untill all the supporters are finalized. that could be a month before the Jambo, so no one will see them until then.

Nope, Bashin bumper quit writing me altogether.... screw em
Armorology this summer.
thats really strange. oh well.
you better call Armorology, and set the date.

Hotels

I have been asked about near by Hotels/motels.
Im not sure whats in the area, if you want to get a hotel, your pretty much on your own with that.
I do know that the campsite does have cabins, http://www.chalkcreek-campground.com/cabins.htm that will be on your own also, as we have never had anyone ask about them in the past, to my understanding, so I didnt ask when the campsite was reserved, Im sorry for this. Im new at this stuff, and was going from what was done in the past.

We will post up more info. as Alan, or myself gets it.

Does anybody have a list of the trails in the area. I'm only familar with Chinamans, BV-Carnage, Ironchest, Holy Cross, Wheeler Lake.

Are we going to have a group to run BV-Carnage this year?
