So far its Ric, MV5841, and RED (maybe?). Ric mentioned Yankee Hill and I was thinking of doing something harder, Mill Creek. Its up near Empire, close to Bill Moore. So we could hit two in one day if we feel like it.

Let me know what you all think, and if anybody else would like to join us.

 

I think we did that along with bill moore lake last weekend. I think we were calling it the empire loop. It was a fun and tight tree lined trail.

Im still not sure what trail were doing.

But lets say, Meet at the McDonalds off the first exit into Idaho Springs at 9am.

I know there are quite a few trails up there but most of them are easier trails.

 

How about doing Loch Lomond I've been dieing to do this trail since the beginning of summer. There is also this trail that is up Guanella Pass Leavenworth Creek

 

I would love to go, but not sure if I could with gas prices supposed to go up. I'll talk to the wife and see what I can come up with.

lets wheel, if your worried about gas, its only going to get worse, so lets wheel while its UNDER $3.00 / gal. hope others decide to come along.

 

I think my wheeling for this season is over, unless i come up with a job and some money.
I need to rebuild the engine and axles on the 4runner.
And just found out i am running metal to metal on the brakes of the truck.
I need to find a job and a place to live soon. Too much to worry about to go have some fun.

I talked to MV5841 and hes in. Ric, since it seems your the only other one going, you want to bump up the meet time to 10am? I don't think this trail is very long so we don't really need to be out early. I'll call you tonight to make sure thats alright.
