I will be going down to visit my parents in Charlotte, NC Thanksgiving week (11/20 - 26). Would love to do some wheeling while down there...I see there are a lot of people on the board from that area - anyone interested or provide info on where to go?

 

there really isn't any wheeling in Charlotte. I will be there for Turkey day as well...

 

yea there is, i've been to uwarrie the past two weekends, its getting pretty challenging, URE closes in a few weeks so i'd like to make another run. I go to school at UNC Charlotte, but i live in C. Grove, i would meet ya'll newhere in between if needed. URE is about a 35 min drive i think from charlotte. but i think my buddy's going also in his sas 93' toy'. the invite is open

 

Are you guys going to try to go to Uwharrie sometime over Thanksgiving week?? I would try to go if it was on the 26th or something. Y'all would probaly show me up, but I would be into it.

I was planning on a trip out there on Sat with a few of my "jeep" buddies. Hopefully we will out there around 10 or so. I have to confirm with them if we are still going though.

So are we doing it this weekend or next? Also, are the trials something that a noob, like myself, will get torn apart on and end up breaking something? Also, if we are doing this, what time and when are we meeting. I saw the post about the 4ROCNC meeting, but I have to take the SAT on that day. Just want to know whats going on.

ahh, I just now found this thread. Oh well, I was gone last weekend anyways. I hear Uwharrie is a pretty good place to go too. I know some people with Heeps that go out there every now and then.

Orangeyota--I see your truck all the time at UNCC. Mostly in the parking lot behind Burson. I drool every time I drive past. Nice truck!
