My friends and I are looking to do a fairly good-sized camping/ 4-wheeling trip next weekend. We are not too familiar with Arizona yet. Can anyone in the area recommend a good place to do both camping/ 4-wheeling.....somewhere that is somewhat secluded as to not feel like we have to hesitate to drink beers after wheeling (not everyone in the party is 21), have a safe campfire, and maybe shoot some guns. We aren't out to cause any trouble, just have some fun. I have been to a number of good 4-wheeling spots in AZ, but they all seemed to have a pretty steady flow of rigs going through. Let me know if you all have any suggestions.

 

Lower Devils Canyon will get you to some pretty secluded areas. I think it meets up with some other trails in the area, but I'm not certain. I'll find my book and post more later.
