Hi Mark,

I'd like to go, never done either of those trails before. OK to bring some kids? Probably just my oldest daughter (10) but maybe 1 or 2 more.

i haven't been up wheelin in big bear yet and want to do holcomb creek, john bull, and gold mountain.

i have an '03 tacoma, mostly stock. 4x4 of course, rear locker. All Pro skids to the transfer case crossmember.

should i change my destination or do you think it'll be fine?

I think you will be ok. The only thing I would worry about is your rocker panels. I tend to use my sliders up there.

You are welcome to join us.

Marc's right...

I made John Bull with my 04 Taco, but I hit my armor a lot...

Sliders are a priority if you want to save your sheet metal.
