I am planning a vacation next summer to Montana (specifically the Wild and Scenic Upper Missouri River National Monument region).

I was wondering if anyone had been around in that area or lives near here that could shed some light on road access to the White Cliffs areas.

Is there anyone that can help me out?? I would be greatly appreciative.
