Looking at this 02 4R. Worth it?

I'm considering buying this 4Runner. The newest 4R I have had has been my 98. Not sure what if anything was improved/changed by the 02 model. Anything I should know? Seem like a fair deal? FYI - I'm working to negotiate down to $7200 on price.
