Hey I know this has been talked about on here but I suck and can't find what I'm lookin for.
Need help
I have an 87 4runner Efi. With a blown engine. With all the smog stuff on it.
i have an 86 pickup with a 22r. Built. With no smog stuff on it at all(oregon registered) That I'm going to put in the runner.
My questions are...
Should I keep the fuel injection and bolt it up so I don't have to worry about the wiring? (that seems like the smart and easy thing to do) If I do what all do I have to change out from one engine to the other?
Coil?
Distributor?
Fuel pump?
?????
or should I try to keep the carb?

The 22r is bored .30 over with a 20r head. Cam. Weber.
Will the 20r head work with the Efi or will I have to change heads and if I do do I have to upgrade my head?
Any info would be great. I'm pulling both engines in the next day or 2 and gunna try to figure it out
