Ebay! you can buy those remotes all day long on ebay for cheap! Before you buy though, look for a write-up on here somewhere about how to program it yourself. I just read it last week, but don't have a link to it. I randomly stumbled upon it. I'm sure it would turn up on a search. The guy mentions something about which kind to look for. Hope you find one!

That would be a crime to let the e-locker go to waste... I'll trade you rear axles straight up

Nice lookin runner

One suggestion on a cheap appearence look. Get the clear turn signal lenses and the clear corner running light covers. Will look awsome, especially on a black runner

I've thought about it, but im goina concentrate on functional stuff first, husky floor liners, make sure maintenance is caught up, etc.... Then on to the goodies, (I want a brush guard). Thats when the clear lenses would come in. What kinda price we talkin for something like that?

For the bush guard i have the slightest clue. As for the 4 clear lens' prolly $80-$100 including shipping, if not a bit cheaper.

See I already got a good wheelin rig... thats locked in the front and the rear. Everyone keeps sayin I'm goina wheel this one, but I assure ya, its just a capable grocery getter.

And I used to do the "my wheelin rig is my DD" thing, and I much rather have one thats not a DD that I can wheel the crap out of. And if I destroy it, on the trailer, and home it goes.

"capable grocery getter" - hence the gold trim and running boards. You should have saved the money and gone 2wd if you just wanted the look.

I think he should stay with amber lenses, they're color coordinated with the gold trim.

Just think... lock the front and put 33's on it and it'll be just like your 87, only with an auto and more power. Isn't that what you want? Besides, what are you going to wheel when the 87 is getting a 302?

Sorry buddy.... per your request I had to dish out your daily allowance of smart assness

Thanks....

No wheelin the DD... its nice. And I hate to admit it, but I, for a fleeting moment, thought about going 2WD. Then I smacked some sense into myself. I'm sure this will rouse a comment.
