Board track motorcycle racers
My grandfather, Fred Sathoff 1894-1986 was a board track motorcycle racer for the Harley Davidson Company in the 1920's. Set the track record in 1923 at 102mph. The track was at 95th & Troost in KCMO. Anyone familiar with the old board track racers or have pics to share ?
