Rear Drive Shaft vibrations

I have a 2007 FJ (168,000 miles) and recently lost my rear drive shaft. My ride has a 6" Rough Country Lift added a few months ago. I ordered an OEM driveshaft and installed it this past weekend, but during my commute to work I noticed that when I reach 60-70 mph a get a vibration that is not there before this parameter or above. It is very similar to the vibration I was getting just before the old one failed. I have read numerous articles but the more I read the more variables I come across. Could this be merely an out of balanced driveshaft or do I need to upgrade something (yoke) to better handle the lift increase (3" to 6") and (33" tires to 35's)? Thanks for any information you can provide.
