Anyone here have a Flowmaster in their FJ? if so what model/part number. I am going to have a cat back system bent up for it. Going to be 2.5 inch, I want a little more power but not obnoxiously loud.

Don't know about the Flow Master, but I have a Gibson exhaust on mine. It sounds really cool when you get on on the gas, although the constant rumble coming from the back can get a little annoying at times (for me). Can't say anything about increase in performance or HP over stock, it was on the cruiser when I bought it.

I have the Magnaflow, part number is in my build-up thread.
That is all the shop replaced was the muffler, and it sounds very good.
Especially from a dead stomp if you need to romp on it.
In fact it sounds great anytime such as cruising at highway speeds, around town, or if you are already going and need to step on it.

Corey, did you feel it woke it up a little? I am going to do the muffler back, have a 2.5 inch muffler and tailpipe bent up for it.

It really did not need to be woken up, as I feel the 4.0 is a very powerful V6.
It just sounds better, especially when you gt on it from a stop or accelerating to get on the freeway.

I do not think it added any ponies after the installation of it, but it sure turns heads with the sound.
